All orders are shipped from Kigali, Rwanda. We deliver worldwide.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Carrier

We ship via iPostita (Rwanda Post) with international tracking. Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Rwanda: 1 to 3 business days
  • East Africa (Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi): 5 to 10 business days
  • Rest of Africa: 7 to 14 business days
  • Europe (France, Belgium, UK, Germany): 10 to 21 business days
  • North America (USA, Canada): 10 to 21 business days
  • Rest of the world: 14 to 28 business days

These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Custom Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package through the iPostita tracking system or your local postal service website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us at contact@kizastore.com. We will investigate with the carrier and find a solution. If a package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
